Father Steven Fisher announced that he will be leaving the Parish in Ramsgate to join the Benedictine Order as a Novice monk on 1st August.

Archbishop Peter Smith has appointed the current Assistant Priest at the Church of St. Augustine, Tunbridge Wells, Fr. Marcus Holden, M.A. (Oxon), S.T.L., as the new Parish Priest at Ss Ethelbert & Gertrude, Ramsgate and Minster. Fr. Marcus was ordained in September 2005. He is also the author of the book "Evangelium".
